Problem Statement:
A larger than life kind of a housing project by Karandikar Life Spaces, it needed an equally grand representation. It was to be conveyed through the name, logo identity as well as the overall brand communication. It had to be classy, elegant, speaking of riches while being modern and chic in its nature.
Our Solution:
We derived the name, logo identity and a complete brand communication for this housing project. Perceived as a sign of honour; a true, distinguishing mark, ‘Insignia’, was the name we finalized upon.
Logo Design:
The logo identity for Insignia is similar to an emblem which also happens to be the meaning of the word Insignia.
Colour Scheme:
Overall identity of Insignia was conceived to be designed in synchronization with its royal self. Colours such as Purple and Golden have long been associated with the touch of aristocracy. It was necessary that the logo design, the fonts used and the colours selected spoke of the authority, exclusivity and elegance; all at once.
Brand Communication:
All the stationery as well as the communication material such as brochures, advertisements, hoardings, etc. was designed to convey the elite lifestyle that Insignia offers and hence, it is primarily visuals driven.
Website:
Website aims at delivering a clutter-free experience to its viewers. Thus, more emphasis has been given on showcasing the photographs and floor-plans of the project.
